As founder of P.artícula and partner at Agência Sequoia, she has advised organizations, entrepreneurs and institutions on brand architecture, strategic communication and market positioning, helping translate complex concepts into meaningful and commercially coherent narratives.

Her portfolio includes work developed for organizations such as BASF, Gerdau, Yara Brasil, WRI Brasil, Siemens Brasil, RGE, AES Sul, Idealiza Urbanismo, Olympikus and Bienal Mercosul, among others, providing broad exposure to corporate, institutional and entrepreneurial environments.

Her background combines corporate leadership, business creation and international experience across Brazil, France and Portugal, providing a multidisciplinary perspective on organizational development, market positioning, product architecture and operational transformation.

Throughout her career, Carolina has held leadership and business development roles within organizations such as ExxonMobil, Cosan Lubrificantes and Cielo, building expertise across sectors including energy, financial services, payments, education, hospitality and consumer-facing businesses.

She later led the creation and development of Berlitz's B2B division in Brazil, designing commercial strategies, corporate partnerships and institutional relationships for one of the world's most established language education organizations.

At Sandbox Group, an international edtech company operating across multiple markets, she served as Director of Business Development, leading global partnership initiatives and developing strategic relationships with institutions, organizations and ecosystem stakeholders across different regions and cultural contexts.

Alongside her corporate career, Carolina has been actively involved in entrepreneurial and business development initiatives, including hospitality ventures and international projects requiring the integration of strategy, operations, market positioning and execution across diverse environments.
