Her background combines corporate leadership, business creation and international experience, providing a multidisciplinary perspective on organizational development, operational structuring, strategic partnerships and transformation. Throughout her career, she has focused on helping organizations translate strategic objectives into scalable operating models, commercially relevant offerings, sustainable growth platforms and market expansion opportunities.

Carolina has held leadership and business development roles within organizations such as ExxonMobil, Cosan Lubrificantes and Cielo, developing expertise across sectors including energy, financial services, payments, education, hospitality and consumer-facing businesses. These experiences provided a strong foundation in corporate operations, commercial strategy, stakeholder management and organizational execution within complex and highly competitive environments.

She later led the creation and development of Berlitz’s B2B division in Brazil, designing commercial strategies, corporate partnerships and institutional relationships for one of the world’s most established language education organizations. At Sandbox Group, an international edtech company operating across multiple markets, she served as Director of Business Development, leading global partnership initiatives, market expansion efforts and strategic relationships with institutions, organizations and ecosystem stakeholders across diverse regions and cultural contexts.
